It's a perfect little place, fairly clean. Very courteous staff provides a good service. The property has a particularly good and unbeatable location, near the Castle and a couple of tram stops away from the Main train station, and other pubs. There is Quayside Cafe nearby for a cup of coffee.

My friend and I loved being there. I booked fairly quiet rooms with smelling bed and castle view plus the aircon unit which could n't been cleaned up. The main bar was great and the drinks were complementary.
